International Order Information
- International delivery service is available to: Hong Kong / Macau / Singapore / Malaysia / South Korea / Thailand / Vietnam / Japan.
- Once the order is completed, please contact customer service if you need to modify the order. Kindly verify all order details before placing your order.
- International parcels are delivered by home delivery service only. Please do not provide a P.O. Box address. Make sure to provide your "Full English Name," "English Address," and "Postal Code."
- International parcels are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Shipping fees are charged based on the greater of volumetric weight or actual weight, according to international parcel and express mail regulations.
- After payment is completed, shipments will be dispatched from Taiwan factory within approximately 7 business days (excluding holidays). The actual delivery date depends on the logistics provider.
- International parcels cannot be scheduled for a specific delivery date or time. The estimated delivery period refers to the working days from the handover to the destination country’s postal system, excluding customs clearance time.
- During peak festive seasons, delivery time may be delayed due to flight schedules or customs clearance issues. No additional notice will be given.
- All JZN products are handmade without preservatives. To avoid delivery delays and customs issues, we recommend placing your order in advance.
Service Limitations
- Due to longer overseas logistics timelines, returned products may have an expiration date shorter than half of the shelf life, making them ineligible for return or exchange. Please carefully confirm before placing an order.
- We will carefully package your order and use protective bubble wrap to minimize potential damage during shipping.
- Since logistics and transportation are subject to many uncontrollable factors, we cannot guarantee that the package appearance will remain completely intact. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
- If product quality issues (excluding cosmetic defects) occur, please contact JZN customer service within 3 days of receipt and provide photos and order details. Claims made after 3 days or without photos will not be accepted.
- If the buyer refuses delivery or returns the package without authorization, it will be regarded as an abandonment of goods. We will not notify further, and no request for product return, refund, or compensation will be accepted thereafter.
- If overseas orders are canceled due to stock shortages or special circumstances, refunds will be processed. However, your issuing bank may charge additional fees. Please check with your card-issuing bank.
- If the recipient information of an overseas order is incorrect or if delivery cannot be arranged, no refund will be issued. Please ensure accurate information and remain available by phone and email for logistics contact.
Overseas Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods for overseas orders include: Visa / Master / JCB / UnionPay / LINE Pay / Apple Pay.
- All payments are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). The final amount will be based on your card-issuing bank’s exchange rate.
- Additional handling fees may be charged by your card-issuing bank. Please confirm directly with your bank.
International Home Delivery Information
- Only products listed in the International Order section are eligible for international delivery. We do not ship non-JZN products.
- All international shipments are sent at room temperature, with shipping fees calculated based on total weight. Please refer to the shipping rate chart below. The maximum weight limit per order is 15KG.
- Customs clearance may incur import duties, VAT, handling fees, or postal fees. These costs vary by country and are to be borne by the recipient upon delivery.
- Due to higher risks and uncertainties in overseas delivery, please carefully review the International Order Guidelines before placing an order to protect both parties’ rights.
- JZN Foods Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify orders. By placing an overseas order, you agree to the above terms and policies.
- Package limitations: If your order needs to be shipped in multiple parcels, we will notify you via email.
- We reserve the right to interpret and amend promotional activities without prior notice.
