【Order Processing】
We process and ship orders placed from Monday to Friday on business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on major public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

※ The estimated delivery dates available for selection are determined based on our scheduling and various considerations.
※ In the event of force majeure factors such as natural disasters (typhoons, heavy rainfall), our services may be temporarily suspended with the safety of our staff as the top priority.
1. To ensure the quality of our handmade products, all items ordered online are produced only after the order is received. Wedding pastry gift boxes and souvenir gift boxes are made in batches upon order. If you need them for gifting, we recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance. Orders placed through our online store require a minimum of 7 business days for preparation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
※ During festive periods, delivery via home delivery services may be delayed by 2-3 days. Specific time-slot requests will not be accepted, and all deliveries will follow the adjustments announced by the courier service.
2. Pre-order items: The earliest shipping date for each item can be found on the product page.
3. For orders with multiple items, if they include both regular and pre-order items, we will wait until all items are in stock before processing and shipping your order. Alternatively, you may contact customer service to request separate shipments, but additional shipping fees will apply.
4. The products will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Please ensure that your full name and shipping address are accurate to avoid delivery failures due to incorrect information, which may result in the package being returned to us by the courier.
※ If you need to reschedule the delivery, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.
5. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
6. We will not issue a refund for packages that are refused without cause, have incorrect shipping information, or are not picked up from the store. As our products are handmade and do not contain preservatives, they have a short shelf life. Such actions lead to unnecessary waste when items are returned.

7. To protect the interests of both parties, Jiu Zhen Nan reserves the right to decide whether to accept or ship your order after it has been received.
【Order Modification】
For order modifications, please follow our company’s guidelines. Souvenir orders must be modified at least 10 days (excluding the delivery date) before the specified delivery date. Wedding pastry orders must be modified at least 14 days (excluding the delivery date) before the specified delivery date. The calculation of days does not include the delivery day or public holidays.
Orders can be canceled if the request is made within the specified time frame. If you wish to add, remove, or modify items in your order, you must first cancel the original order and place a new one. Refunds are expected to take 14 to 21 business days (depending on the actual remittance date).
Requests for order modifications will not be accepted if made outside the specified time frame. If you wish to cancel your order, related fees will apply in accordance with the order policy.
※ For cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the delivery date, a 20% fee of the paid amount (after discounts) will be deducted from the refund.
※ For cancellations made 7 to 1 day before the delivery date, the total amount paid for the order will not be refunded.
【Shipping Modification】
If you need to modify the delivery address or shipping method, please follow our company’s guidelines. Souvenir orders must be modified at least 10 days (excluding the delivery date) before the specified delivery date. Wedding pastry orders must be modified at least 14 days (excluding the delivery date) before the specified delivery date. The calculation of days does not include the delivery day or public holidays.
※ During peak logistics periods such as promotions or holidays (e.g., Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese New Year), modification requests for souvenir orders must be made at least 10 days (excluding the delivery date) before the specified delivery date. Wedding pastry orders must be made at least 14 days (excluding the delivery date) before the specified delivery date. The calculation of days does not include the delivery day or public holidays.
※ Due to the large volume of orders during promotional and holiday periods, our staff may not be able to locate your order among the high volume of shipments. We appreciate your understanding!
【Order Payment Methods】
1. Credit Card (Supports Visa, MasterCard, JCB):
Our platform accepts real-time online credit card payments (VISA, MASTER, JCB).
If you encounter any issues with your payment, please contact our customer service hotline or email us at our customer service email address.
2. ATM Virtual Code Payment (Bank Transfer):
Please use the payment account provided by the system. Each account is only for that specific order, and you can complete the payment without needing to report anything.
Please complete the payment within 24 hours after placing the order. Orders not paid within this time frame will be canceled. If you have any payment issues, please contact our customer service hotline or email us at our customer
service email address.
※ We will arrange the shipment after receiving the payment. If you are unable to make the payment on the same day, the order will be shipped 7 days after the payment is completed, based on the payment date.
※ If you pay using an ATM virtual code and there is an order modification or cancellation, the refund will take 14-21 business days to process. Please note that we will deduct the bank transfer fee when issuing the refund. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
3. LINE Pay:
This transaction must be completed within 20 minutes. Please do not block pop-up windows, use incognito mode, or use the "Google" app (use a browser to open the webpage).
Whether you place the order on a computer, tablet, or phone, you will be redirected to the LINE app on your phone to complete the payment.
※ LINE Pay only works with Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards issued domestically.
4. Apple Pay:
The transaction timeout for Apple Pay is 6 hours. If payment is not completed within this time, the system will cancel the order.
Payment via Apple Pay is only supported on Apple devices. You must use the Safari browser to select Apple Pay and complete the payment successfully.
Whether you place the order on a computer, tablet, or phone, the system will automatically redirect you to the Apple Pay payment page.
Currently, we do not support using financial cards or credit cards issued in Mainland China for Apple Pay transactions.
【Order Shipping Methods】
1. Regular Home Delivery Zone.:Please refer to the following guidelines for the shipping fee thresholds under the [Normal temperature home delivery] section.
2. Fast Delivery Zone:This applies only to orders within Taiwan. The shipping fee thresholds are the same as those for Normal temperature home delivery.
3. 7-11 Pickup Only Zone:Shipping fees will be based on the settings of the promotional event, which is activated periodically depending on the event schedule.
4. International Shipping Zone:Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the product. Please read the International Ordering Guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
【Normal temperature home delivery Fees】
1. For orders placed in our online store, enjoy free shipping within Taiwan for orders totaling NT$5,000 or more (discounted items are not included in the total).
※ We do not accept splitting or combining orders for delivery. If you wish to add, remove, or modify items in your order, please refer to the [Order Modification] guidelines.
※ The free shipping offer does not apply to outlying island deliveries.
2. If the order does not meet the minimum threshold, the shipping fee for Taiwan (mainland) is NT$200.
※ The above shipping fees and free shipping thresholds may change due to promotional activities. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate them at any time.
※ The available delivery dates for the products are based on the dates you can select during checkout.
Online store orders do not offer any self-pickup service.
